Refund Policies

For a user to request a refund, they must meet these 4 conditions:

1. The user must take into account that he will pay all the commissions that the deposit method charged us.
2. You must not have registered under any referral, if you have, you will not be able to request a refund.
3. It must not have elapsed more than 7 days from the deposit.
4. You must not have made any withdrawal.
